Actual Official Holidays in Austria

The city of Vienna publishes a calendar one can subscribe that contains actual holidays. The link to use is at the very bottom of the list.

The calendars published by the big tech companies (Microsoft, Apple, Google, etc) always contain certain days that aren’t really considered work-free days by the state.

Sidenote for New Outlook

The “New Outlook” doesn’t yet support subscribing to calendars from within the app. One has to log into outlook.com. The calendar there does allow one to subscribe to public calendar links. It will then magically appear in the Outlook app. 🙄
